Our passionate junior sous Teppanyaki Chef Aek found his passion for Japanese cuisine when he was only 19. Chef Aek has worked in Japan for over 5 years learning the art of Sushi and has been a part of the JW Marriott family for over 8 years.
He brings great energy to Benihana giving his guests a fun, interactive, flavorsome dining experience.

Chef George learned under the very talented A-Ki, and has continued to work with many world renowned Japanese chefs such as Chef Nori O and Chef Nakahara. Leading our team of Japanese chefs in Benihana Phuket Chef George brings great knowledge, passion and soul to our restaurant. His cheeky personality leaves all the guests coming back for more.
